Alternatively called the Paint Shed, there is a lot of paint in there already. The booth features a powerful ventilation system and good lighting.

Rattle Canning

Using aerosol spray paint (widely available) is referred to as "rattle canning". Alternatively, the paint booth is waiting for someone to use the shop-air supply in there to do a sprayed wet-paint job. There's even a proper paint sprayer in a cabinet in the Model Shop

What's Probably In There Already

There's a bunch of paint in the flammables cabinet.

Metals Paint

Rustoleum is popular.

Plastics Paint

Krylon Fusion is a relatively new paint, made by Krylon. It's rare that a paint is "especially for plastic". Fusion "etches" the plastic, and ends up sticking really well. It's available at Ace in Palo Alto. It comes in only a limited range of colors.
